11 November 2017, UAE: HealthPlus Diabetes & Endocrinology Center in Abu Dhabi, part of United Eastern Medical Services, organizes the 4th International Annual Diabetes Meeting for Primary Care on November 17, 2017 at Dusit Thani Hotel in Abu Dhabi. Under the theme, Innovation and New Technologies in Diabetes, the conference will attract over 150 attendants from the medical field from the region.

Experts at the one-day conference from HealthPlus, Sheikh Khalifa Medical City, Mafraq Hospital, Dubai Diabetes Center and Danat A Emarat Hospital for Women & Children will discuss the latest global trends in the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes and diabetic foot syndrome as well as the latest scientific studies and a number of case studies in dealing with complex cases for patients with diabetes.

One session will be dedicated to discuss bariatric surgery and the balance of remission of diabetes and the risks associated with bariatric interventions.”
